CheckFit provides an AI-powered virtual try-on service that allows users to visualize how clothing items would look on them. The service is available through our website at checkfit.app and our Chrome browser extension.

User Accounts

• Providing accurate and complete information

Credits and Payments

Some features of the Service require credits. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit packages at any time with notice to users.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Virtual try-on results are AI-generated visualizations and may not perfectly represent how actual garments will fit or appear. We do not guarantee the accuracy of try-on results and recommend reviewing retailer return policies before making purchases.

Limitation of Liability

CheckFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past twelve months.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
